Das Unternehmen
Die WeWash GmbH wurde 2016 gegründet. Wir haben unseren Sitz in München, sind Teil der BOSCH-Gruppe und beschäftigen uns mit Servicekonzepten rund um Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen und -trockner.
Wir haben früh erkannt, dass sich Konsumentenbedürfnisse im Zuge von Urbanisierung und Digitalisierung stark verändern. Vor dem Hintergrund von Wohnungsknappheit in Ballungsgebieten, steigender Mieten und kleiner werdender Wohnungen brauchen wir neue Ansätze für das Waschen und Trocknen von Wäsche.
Sharing Konzepte erfreuen sich bei Nutzern hoher Beliebtheit und haben in vielen Bereichen des Lebens schon heute Komfort neu definiert. Daher haben wir uns die Frage gestellt: Warum also nicht auch beim Wäschewaschen?
Motivation für die Beteiligung an Future Living® Berlin
Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass wenn es um das Thema Wohnen der Zukunft geht, neue, innovative Konzepte rund um das Thema Waschen und Trocknen von Wäsche nicht fehlen dürfen. Mit WeWash und unserem Ziel, den Gemeinschaftswaschraum zu revolutionieren und für alle Beteiligten attraktiv zu machen liefern wir hier das perfekte Konzept.
Future Living® Berlin stellt sich den Herausforderungen unserer Gesellschaft, wie beispielsweise dem demographischen Wandel, der Veränderung der Konsumentenbedürfnisse oder der Energiewende. Auch wir beschäftigen uns tagtäglich mit diesen Punkten und arbeiten daran unser Angebot und unser Service an die sich ändernden Bedürfnisse der Gesellschaft anzupassen. Außerdem bietet Future Living® Berlin eine ideale Plattform, um mit potentiellen Kooperationspartnern neue und innovative Lösungen für das Wohnen der Zukunft zu finden.
Wir sind stolz darauf, Teil eines so innovativen und visionären Quartiersprojekt zu sein und sind davon überzeugt, dass wir gemeinsam mit all den anderen Partnern, einen Beitrag dazu leisten, dieses Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen.
Lösungen für Future Living® Berlin
Wir haben den Gemeinschaftswaschraum von Future Living® Berlin mit unserem WeWash Care-Service ausgestattet. Dort stehen zwei Bosch-Waschmaschinen und zwei Bosch-Trockner. Dank unseres digitalen Systems können die Nutzer problemlos per Smartphone (mit der WeWash App), PC oder Telefon prüfen, ob eine Waschmaschine oder ein Trockner verfügbar ist und direkt buchen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass unser Service für jeden zugänglich ist, so bieten wir für ältere Nutzer ohne Smartphone oder Computer die Nutzer-Registrierung sowie Reservierung und Buchung von Maschinen per Festnetztelefon an. Somit hat wirklich jeder Zugang zur WeWash-Lösung.
Sind alle Maschinen belegt, kann sich der Nutzer in unsere virtuelle Warteschlange einreihen und wird per Push-Nachricht, E-Mail oder Telefon informiert, sobald seine Maschine frei ist. Ist die Wäsche fertig, wird er auf gleiche Weise benachrichtigt und hat genügend Zeit, um die Wäsche aus der Maschine zu nehmen bevor es ein Anderer tut. Das spart Zeit und Nerven.

WeWash GmbH was founded in 2016. We are based in Munich, are part of the BOSCH Group and deal with service concepts for communal washing machines and dryers.
We recognized early on that consumer needs are changing dramatically in the course of urbanization and digitization. Against the background of housing shortages in metropolitan areas, rising rents and shrinking apartments, we need new approaches to washing and drying laundry.
Sharing concepts are very popular with users and have already redefined convenience in many areas of life. So we asked ourselves the question: why not also when doing laundry?
Motivation for participation in Future Living® Berlin
We are convinced that when it comes to the subject of future living, new, innovative concepts for washing and drying laundry should not be missing. With WeWash and our goal of revolutionizing the communal washroom and making it attractive for everyone involved, we are delivering the perfect concept.
Future Living® Berlin faces the challenges of our society, such as demographic change, the change in consumer needs or the energy transition. We too deal with these points every day and work on adapting our offer and our service to the changing needs of society. Future Living® Berlin also offers an ideal platform to find new and innovative solutions for future living with potential cooperation partners.
We are proud to be part of such an innovative and visionary neighborhood project and are convinced that, together with all the other partners, we will make a contribution to making this project a success.
Solutions implemented in Future Living® Berlin
We have equipped the community washroom at Future Living® Berlin with our WeWash Care service. There are two Bosch washing machines and two Bosch dryers. Thanks to our digital system, users can easily check via smartphone (with the WeWash app), PC or telephone whether a washing machine or dryer is available and book directly. It is important to us that our service is accessible to everyone, so we offer user registration as well as reservation and booking of machines via landline phone for older users without smartphones or computers. So everyone really has access to the WeWash solution.
If all machines are busy, the user can join our virtual queue and will be informed by push message, email or phone as soon as his machine is free. When the laundry is ready, he is notified in the same way and has enough time to take the laundry out of the machine before someone else does it. This saves time and nerves.
With our service, we contribute to the basic idea of Future Living® Berlin: Intelligent and unobtrusive support for residents in all phases of life with modern technologies and services.
