Künstliche Intelligenz als Megatrend auch für die Wohnungswirtschaft
Vom 5. bis 7. Juni 2019 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen der Aareon Kongress unter dem Motto „Status. Trends. Visionen.“ statt. Die Digitalisierung innerhalb der Wohnungswirtschaft war ein zentrales Thema.
In seinem Vortrag zu Beginn der Veranstaltung zeigte Dr. Manfred Alflen, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Aareon AG, ganz unterschiedliche Anwendungsgebiete für den Einsatz von KI auf. Er schlug einen Bogen über verschiedene „Smart Cities“ in unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen, ging auf neue intelligente Verfahren im Bauprozess ein, riß Lösungen für Bewohner an, ließ auch den Einsatz in der Robotik nicht unerwähnt.
Das Gewicht, das KI bei Aareon selber spielt, unterstrich er, indem er die Kooperation von Aareon mit dem Deutschen Forschungszentrum für künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) und Aareons Beteiligung am ForeSight-Projekt hervorhob.

Artificial intelligence as a megatrend also for the housing industry
From 5 to 7 June 2019 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen the Aareon Congress under the motto „Status. Trends. Visions.“ took place Digitization within the housing industry was a central topic.
In his lecture at the beginning of the event, Dr. Manfred Alflen, CEO of Aareon AG, did adress different application areas for the use of AI. He started with various samples of „smart cities“ in different forms, he went into new intelligent processes in the building process, tore into solutions for residents, and did not fail to mention the use in robotics.
He underscored the importance AI plays in Aareon by pointing out the cooperation from Aareon with the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) and Aareon’s participation in the ForeSight project.
