07.11.2018 Adlershofer Update Update to the Development of Berlin Adlershof
Am 7. November 2018 luden die WISTA Management GmbH und die Adlershof Projekt GmbH zu einem Update der Entwicklung von Berlin-Adlershof ein. Vor dem allgemeinen Teil gab es drei thematische Führungen, unter eine zum Thema „Wohnen am Campus“.
Wohnen am Campus
Das Baugebiet „Wohnen am Campus I“ ist größtenteils fertiggestellt. Die Katharina-Boll-Dornberger-Straße bildet darin eine Achse zwischen Konrad-Zuse-Straße und Abram-Joffe-Straße. An der Kreuzung zu Wilhem-Hoff-Straße erweitert sie sich zu einem kleinen Platz (siehe unten).
Die Erweiterung „Wohnen am Campus II“ steht kurz vor dem Baubeginn.

Update der Adlershof-Entwicklung
In der Zwischenzeit haben sich in Berlin-Adlershof rund 1.100 Unternehmen niedergelassen, in denen 18.000 Menschen beschäftigt sind. Darunter befinden sich 85 Markt- und 145 Technologieführer.
Wenn die geplanten Wohnprojekte an verschiedenen Orten in Adlershof umgesetzt sein werden, werden insgesamt fast 5.000 Wohnungen entstanden sein. Dadurch wird zur Vervollständigung der sozialen Infrastruktur auch die Planung einer neuen Schule notwendig. Bereits heute gibt es neue Kindertagesstätten und auch eine Senioren-Residenz.
Die Zunahme der Unternehmen macht eine zukunftsweisende Moblitätsplanung für das neue Stadtgebiet notwendig.

Before starting with the general part they invited to join three different guided tours. One did show a closer look at „Wohnen am Campus“ – Living at the Campus.
Wohnen am Campus – Living at the Campus
The building area „Wohnen am Campus I“ mainly is completed. Katharina-Boll-Dornberger Street is the axis between Konrad-Zuse Street and Abram-Joffe Street. At the crossing with Wilhem-Hoff Street it is opening to a small place (see below).
The construction of the extension „Wohnen am Campus II“ is starting soon.

Update of Adlershof’s Development
Actually about 1.100 companies are located in Berlin-Adlershof. Round about 18.000 people are working there. 85 of the companies can be labled as market leader, 145 as technology leader.
After finishing all residential projects planned at different parts of Adlershof about 5.000 appartments will be available. Therefore also the social infrastructure has to be completed including a new school. New kindergardens already startet as well as a residence for senior citizens.
The increase of companies also urgently requires a future oriented mobility planning for the new city area.
