12.06.2019 Panasonic und digitalSTROM besuchen Baustelle Visit to the construction site
Am 12. Juni 2019 informierten sich Mitglieder der Panasonic-Geschäftsleitung und von digitalSTROM über den aktuellen Planungs- und Umsetzungsstand von Future Living® Berlin und überzeugten sich auf der Baustelle vom Fortschritt.
Zunächst hatte Roland Sillmann, Geschäftsführer der WISTA-Management GmbH, die Entwicklung von Adlershof erläutert und das Wohnprojekt Future Living® Berlin in den Kontext innovativer Unternehmen und Ansätze in Adlershof gestellt.
Nach einem allgemeinen Update zum aktuellen Stand ging Adrian Obrist, CEO von digitalSTROM, auf die gemeinsamen, erfolgreichen Anstrengungen ein, smarte TV-Geräte von Panasonic in die SmartHome-Welt von digitalSTROM zu integrieren. Anwendungsfälle gibt es genug. Für viele Bewohner*innen kann es schon hilfreich sein, wenn ein Fenseher beim Klingeln an der Tür die Lautstärke reduziert – um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen.
Auch das Konzept der Energieversorgung mit Strom aus PV-Anlagen, Luftwärme-Pumpen, Sole-Wärmepumpen und Batteriespeicher wurde noch einmal im Zusammenhang erläutert.
Während des Mittagessens wurden Erfahrungen angesprochen, die Panasonic bereits mit anderen smarten Quartieren sammeln konnte, die bereits mehrere Jahre bewohnt werden – und überlegt, wie hierzu ein internationaler Erfahrungsaustausch ermöglicht werden kann.
Für den Baustellenbesuch mussten wir uns vor Ort umziehen, um mit Helmen und Sicherheitsschuhen ausgerüstet den Vorschriften zu entsprechen. Unter fachkundiger Leitung der Architekten wurden in verschiedenen Häusern exemplarische Wohnungen, Gewerbeeinheiten und Technikräume besichtigt.
On June 12, 2019, members of the Panasonic management board and digitalSTROM informed themselves about the current state of the planning and realisiation of Future Living® Berlin and convinced themselves of the progress on the construction site.
First, Roland Sillmann, Managing Director of WISTA-Management GmbH, explained the development of Adlershof and put the housing project Future Living® Berlin in the context of innovative companies and approaches in Adlershof.
Following a general update on the current status, Adrian Obrist, CEO of digitalSTROM, commented on the joint, successful efforts to integrate smart TVs from Panasonic into the SmartHome world of digitalSTROM. There are enough applications. For many residents, it can be helpful if a TV reduces the volume when the doorbell rings – just to give an example.
The concept of energy supply with electricity from PV systems, air heat pumps, brine heat pumps and battery storage was also explained in context.
Over lunch, experiences were discussed that Panasonic has already been able to gather with other smart lodgings that have been inhabited for several years – and is considering how to facilitate an international exchange of experience.
For the construction site visit, we had to change in place in order to comply with the regulations with helmets and safety shoes. Under the expert guidance of the architects, exemplary apartments, commercial units and technical rooms were visited in various houses.
