Die aktuellen Zahlen des Bundesinstitut für Bau-, Stadt- und Raumforschung (BBSR) zeigen, dass vor allem in städtischen Kreisen und kreisfreien Städte der Bau von Ein- und Zweifamilienhäusern ab- und der Bau von Mehrfamilienhäusern nicht nur in Städten, sondern auch in ländlichen Kreisen zunimmmt.
